Champéry, less than 90 minutes from Geneva International Airport, is home to La Perla International Living’s first Swiss projects. The picturesque village is renowned for its authentic atmosphere and well-preserved architecture, while offering the facilities of an international resort. La Perla is developing three sites here, all close to lifts that take skiers directly up to the extensive network of the Portes du Soleil slopes. One is located on a plateau overlooking the valley at the village entrance, another in the centre of town, and the last on a steep incline with beautiful views overlooking Champéry. Apartments with their own spa facilities will be developed on two of these sites, and individual chalets will be built on the third.
