History

The origins of La Perla International Living date back to 1995, when La Perla Developers was established on the Costa del Sol. The company enjoyed early, rapid success renovating and developing exclusive residential communities in Andalusia.

Soon, unique properties in the French Dordogne began to be acquired and renovated as well. The launch of the personally tailored hospitality services for homeowners signalled a significant new stage in the development of our company, which continued from that time on under the name La Perla Living.

The following years were marked by increasing growth, with further diversification of the portfolio in Spain, the addition of more French properties and, most importantly, a burst of international expansion into Austria, Switzerland, Antigua, Panama and Vietnam. Now, as La Perla International Living, we no longer offer just exciting homes in outstanding locations, but a whole new lifestyle concept – International Living – that truly enriches the day-to-day lives of those who adopt it.
